With Nathan Bennett on Piano/Vocals/percussion and Malc Evans on Guitar/Vocals/Harmoncia, their voices blend together so well that reviewers have compared their overall sound to that of Simon and Garfunkel, and their songs likened to those of The Beautiful South, Supertramp and even elements of The Beatles.

Over the past 3 years, Beneva have taken their sound onto stages such as The Forum in London, The Colosseum Coventry, Cox's Yard Stratford, Betsy Trotwood London, The Gardening Club London and The Garage London to name but a few supporting the likes of Gary Dunne (Nizlopi), Baz Warne (The Stranglers), Ben Okafor, Keisha White (Warner), Phil Bates (ELO), Si Connelly (Chrysalis), Caroline Alexander and Nick Hall (Fame Academy).

Beneva have had their material played across many stations including BBC Radio Lincoln, BBC Radio Coventry, BBC Radio Aylesbury, BBC Radio WM, Radio Falmouth, Green Dragon Radio, Brunel Uni Radio, UCL Radio, iRadio Los Angeles plus they were BBC Radio Coventry's Band Of The Month in summer 2004.

Their latest offering is the debut album I'LL SAY JUST WHAT I MEAN - ten songs that showcases their ability to capture the hearts of both young and old listeners. It was beautifully recorded to capture a 'live feel' - moving in a different direction to many other bands who opt for the highly over produced route.This CD gets a full release in America through Catz Go Round Records in Summer 2006.

The tracks 'Let It Go' and 'What I'm Living For' (both off the album) have since gone onto greater things with an appearance in a forthcoming New York award winning and Cannes Film Festival favoured movie 'In A Man's World' (www.scottishmovie.com)

'Let It Go' was also chosen as MP3 OF THE MONTH in Salvo Magazine which was available in all UK Virgin Record Stores in the summer of 2005.

Beneva's fanbase continues to grow with top music site UKbands.net keeping them in the top 30 favourite bands for the past 12 months!
