With an eclectic mix of Indie, mod revival with touches of their two tone Coventry roots thrown in for good measure, Damp Mattress are currently wowing the midlands music scene. Their energetic live performances and intricate music ability continue to impress.

While they have secured a loyal following in their local area, the lad’s most poignant gig to date was at The Cavern Club, Liverpool , headlining in front of a capacity crowd.

The band have just finished recording their latest EP, and are now planning even more gigs around the country to ensure 2008 is the year of The Mattress!

So if you want to see a guy slap bass like a funky priest, a drummer with arms that move faster than a Duracell bunny and a front man who prepares for his gigs by eating pizza sandwiches, then this is the band for you.
